We are currently providing FREE Untracked Shipping, or Tracked Shipping for an additional cost - you will receive a tracking number when your item has been shipped, please allow at least 1-2 weeks or 5-10 business days for your order/s to be delivered. Due to the current situation, there may be some slight delays.

The customer is responsible for writing the correct shipping address to us. If delivery fails due to the shipping address being incorrect or incomplete then we will not be able to refund you as the parcels are usually destroyed and not return to us, especially for international deliveries.

We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged at no extra cost to you. To return your product, you should email us for a return address and label.

Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
